REGULAR ORDERS
⭐All orders now use the Royal Mail Tracked services, including UK and International orders. This will make orders safer, faster and more convenient!
⭐It usually takes me 1-3 days to pack and dispatch your order. This can take longer during pre-orders due to the high volume of orders.
⭐If an order is lost, or has been delayed, please get in touch. Please allow for 14 working days to pass before getting in touch, as postal delays can happen at any time, especially for the EU and USA customs.
⭐All orders receive a small gift from me, based on the value of the total order.
⭐If there is any issue with your order, please get in touch via email or the live chat feature.
PRE-ORDERS
⭐If you buy pre-order items together with non-pre-order items, all the items in your order will be shipped together once the pre-order merchandise has arrived.
⭐The manufacturing of charms and other complex products takes longer than stickers and prints, and I cannot accurately predict the amount of time they will take to arrive. The product manufacturing stage takes the longest, especially when I place big orders.
⭐When I close pre-orders, all my customers are contacted via email, and are kept up to date with the manufacturing process. Please make sure to check your spam folder as well, in case my emails ended up there. Alternatively, please check the 'Merch Launch Status' page for updates!
⭐All pre-ordered charms come with a free extra decoration. If you do not want one, please let me know. Regular orders do not include this by default and they need to be purchased sepparately by buying the 'Extra Decoration' listing to your basket.
